Fred “Seaman Leaman” earned his needle name in the U.S. Navy and the Merchant Marines, after getting tattooed for several years by artists like Pinky, Sailor Jerry, Rogers, and Huck Spaulding. He started tattooing in 1979. This package includes a 1985 letter, business card and photograph.
