Wisconsin Tattoo History

Although the state did get caught up in some restricted legislation in the 1960s, through the years Wisconsin was the home to many tattooists. This booklet includes short bios, photographs, business cards and other memorabilia from many of the state's tattooists from the past, including the famous ones like Amund Dietzel to less famous ones like Melvin Vail.
