Townsend’s shop is located at South Parade Pier in Portsmouth, England. His flash was first seen in the United States at a National Tattoo Convention thanks to Ron Ackers. Ernie Carafa picked up the flash set and sold it through his supply company, Guideline. This package also includes a business card from that shop.
