Graham Townsend’s shop was located at the South Parade Pier in Portsmouth, England in the 1980s. Thanks to Ron Ackers, Townsend’s flash was first seen in the United States at a National Tattoo Convention. Subsequently, Ernie Carafa picked up the flash set and sold it through his supply company Guideline. This package also includes a business card from that shop.
