Like most suppliers of his era, Percy Waters offered for sale a series of postcards of tattoo attractions. Often these postcards were made from the attraction’s pitch card. Seen here is #28 in that series that features two of the most famous female attractions of the 1800s. On the left is Annie Howard who was tattooed by her husband Frank Howard and Emma DeBurgh who was tattooed by Samuel O’Reilly.
