Graham Townsend was a great Isle of Wight tattooist and flash painter. In the 1980s he tattooed on the South Parade Pier, one of Portsmouth’s England largest amusement piers. Townsend’s flash was first distributed in the U.S. by Ernie Carafa’s Guideline supply business and sold under Ron Ackers name. Also with this package is an original Townsend South Parade Pier business card.
