Ex-Navy man Joseph Patrick O’Sullivan got his first tattoo at Coney Island in the 1950s. Little did he know where this experience would lead him. After learning to tattoo he reinvented himself and became Spider Webb. Seen here is a poster from his Mt. Vernon, New York shop from 1975 and a business card from that same location.
