Mel McElhiney, aka “Mel The Head”, operated the Larmel Studio in Ferndale, MI. This ex-Merchant Marine was a hit at those early 1970s tattoo conventions with his tattooed head. This package includes a signed photograph of Mel from 1976 and a business card from his Larmel Studio.
