Jorgensen, sometimes known as Sandy Dillon, was tattooed by and crossed paths with many Los Angeles tattooists in the 1920, including Bert Grimm & Charlie Barrs. Somewhere along the line Joegensen learned tattooing and by the mid 1920s he was buying a tattoo spot in a San Perdro, CA arcade from Bert Grimm. This package includes a news clipping of Jorgensen getting examined in 1941 at the Army induction station in Los Angeles and a clear black & white photograph of that same pose.
