Don Nolan (1938-2009) was a great American tattooist that worked in the US from coast to coast. He created hundreds of sheets of flash sold through Spaulding & Rogers Tattoo Supply. Seen here is sheet #42 from 1976. Also with this package is a rare original Don Nolan business card (1964) from his 421 “C” Street shop in Anchorage Alaska.
